ACTION ON DEMENTIA SUNDERLAND - HELP FOR TODAY, HOPE FOR TOMORROW Action on Dementia Sunderland is a voluntary organisation that was formed to provide support within the City of Sunderland to people who have dementia and their families, carers and friends.
We aim to raise awareness of the issues and needs around dementia and to promote increased access to support and advice services for individuals with dementia and their families. We guarantee that all funds raised and donations received will be used to benefit people within the City of Sunderland.
